Federal Court Sides With Trump Admin's Transgender Military Ban
I hope to the good Lord this isn’t one of those seeking to serve in my military.
Nice that the D.C. District court of appears said the lower court judge was wrong in stopping the military’s policies about transgender personnel. This is what the judge stayed:
The finalized version of the ban on transgenders disqualifies from service "transgender persons with a history or diagnosis of gender dysphoria," and specifically those who “may require substantial medical treatment, including medications and surgery,” except in “certain limited circumstances." The ban was also crafted after "extensive study by senior uniformed and civilian leaders, including combat veterans."

The Ugly Face of the Unhinged Dem Party
Has reared its ugly head from the moment they were sworn in as the majority party in the House of Representatives.

On the first day this new crop of malfeasants was sworn in, they immediately belched out the anti-Trump “impeachment” mantra. Freshman muzzie U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib from Michigan (where else?) declared that “because we’re gonna go in there and we’re gonna impeach the motherfucker.’” Oh yeah, and like a good piece of muzzie excrement, she swore in on a Quran.
Rep. Steve Cohen wants to abolish the Electoral College. Dems favor having liberal-controlled states like California and New York decide how long to keep America hostage, not a system which guarantees the balance of voting power for all states. Cohen is a real rancid piece of work. His history of leftwing agenda: HERE.
The anti-democracy Democratic Socialists of America boasts at least 70 Dem members of Congress in its ranks. Not surprisingly, its mission is to undermine America’s Democratic Republic and replace it with a socialist totalitarian government by any means necessary.

The US Army Corps of Engineers is authorized to build the Wall.

Federal Workers Won’t Get Raise This Year
As the vast majority of drones are affiliated with unions and vote DimocRAP, this is great news. Maybe a lot of them will quit and try to find real work in the outside world. And, in spite of what the trolls want you to believe, that includes the Vice President and all the Cabinet members and senior administration staff.

While his reelection chances certainly don’t matter to most of us, what is concerning is the fact that hundreds of thousands of workers are going to see their buying power decrease as the cost of everything else goes up.

Government Shuts Down, Nation Descends into Riots, Looting and Cannibalism
The United States of America (1787-2018) came to a swift and sudden end last week as the government shut down. The nation which had survived Pearl Harbor, the War of 1812 and Jimmy Carter ceased to exist.
The savage population, which had only been kept in line through a policy of rigorous gun confiscations, food stamps and lectures on the environment unleashed its pent up rage in a spree of riots, looting and mass murder that had only previously been encountered in Somalia, Russia and a Walmart in downtown Atlanta.
“The government shut down! We can do anything we like,” shouted Sam Hasbley of Grassley, Iowa, while tearing the tag off a mattress despite an explicit warning label forbidding such a dangerous course of action. “Tear yours off. The government is shut down. It can’t stop you.”
Eyewitnesses spoke of further horrors. On a quiet street in suburban Massachusetts, a man brought out a set of highly illegal lawn darts. In Maryland, there were allegations that an entire family had begun digging ditches to collect rainwater runoff. In Alabama, a farmer fed his hogs homegrown lettuce that had been certified by the state, but not by the Federal Trilateral Hog Commission
With the fall of the government, citizen activists took it upon themselves to chronicle the culture of lawlessness. Men heated their homes with coal stoves. Women bought cold medicine without a photo ID. Children went hours without hearing lectures about the environment.

If you ask Mayor Gastelum, he is quite clear on the fate of the organizers: “This person who say he’s from Pueblo Sin Fronteras, he say that he’s one of the leaders of the caravan, well, why don’t the federal police say, ‘Hey, hey, come over here.’”

CES in Las Vegas Has Lots of Goodies
This has always been a big deal here in Vegas. I remember getting tickets 3 decades ago and roaming the booths with my mouth hanging open. I can’t even begin to imagine what it’s like today.
The list of goodies is amazing. There’s so much that most publications check out different areas on each day of the show.
Holographic 3D displays and smart mirrors — two products suited for use on the Strip — were among the products revealed Sunday night ahead of the official opening of CES.
Forget El Niño, StormFest Is about To Hit The West Coast
This article has all sorts of graphics about the storms coming. Impressive and not giving good news for some areas. Lots of snow in higher elevations and most will continue across North America, causing major weather events for some time.
Wind? You bet. Each of these storms will bring strong, damaging winds to a favored area of the coastal zone and mountain peaks.
There is a silver lining of all this action of course: it will provide an immense amount of water to fill our reservoirs and enhance our snowpack, a snowpack that is now in pretty decent shape (see latest summary below). Water resources should be fine next summer.
Also one heck of a lot of flooding and mudslides where large wildfires just happened.
And one Seattle weirdo news source claims the area will face a severe drought in 2019.

Mudslides shut down Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu
First the drought, then the fires, and now the mudslides.
And people continue to build outrageously costing homes in these areas. No wonder Mexifornia’s in such a mess.
The Pacific Coast Highway, a north-south route, will be closed from Las Posas Road in Ventura County to Encinal Canyon Road in Malibu until at least Monday, the department said.
Flash Flood Warnings were issued Saturday night across Southern California, including for Woolsey Fire burn areas of the city of Malibu, Agoura Hills, Oak Park and Westlake Village, along with the Pacific Coast Highway and other areas, according to NBC affiliate KNBC in Los Angeles.
Department of Transportation crews worked through the night Saturday to clear a 40-foot wide debris flow near Yerba Buena Road and Pacific Coast Highway, KNBC said.
