Of course he does! He doesn’t want a solution to the problem. He just wants to divert the media from the president’s positives in the recent future. Kids at the border is nothing but another effort for political gains in the midterms.
Senate Democratic Leader Charles Schumer (N.Y.) on Tuesday dismissed a legislative proposal backed by Republican leaders to keep immigrant families together at the border, arguing that President Trump could fix the problem more easily with a flick of his pen.
“There are so many obstacles to legislation and when the president can do it with his own pen, it makes no sense,” Schumer told reporters. “Legislation is not the way to go here when it’s so easy for the president to sign it.”
This shouldn’t surprise anyone with a clear mind.

Military lending Justice Department 21 lawyers to help prosecute border cases
A spokesman, Lt. Col. Jamie Davis, said Thursday that the lawyers have criminal trial experience and will be appointed as full-time special assistant United States attorneys. He said the attorneys will help prosecute border immigration cases with a focus on misdemeanor improper entry and felony illegal entry cases.
Davis said the temporary assignments are to last for 179 days.
[Notice the 179 days? 180 might make it a permanent change of duty.]

Navy’s top enlisted sailor on leave in midst of misconduct investigation

The investigation was initiated last month following a formal complaint by a sailor working for Giordano, alleging he created a toxic work environment and belittled people who worked for him, often demanding they perform menial tasks, officials said.
“Toxic work environment?” “Belittled people who worked or him? Ah, gee whiz. What horrid work conditions are those!
This seems to be consistent throughout our society today. Get a job and be asked to do “menial tasks” and whine about being dehumanized or call is racism based upon racial differences between you and your boss. Our society’s going to hell.

DOJ Employee Behind Harassment of DHS Secretary
She will keep her job of course until months and months of “investigation” are completed with nothing happening.
One of the activists who chased Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen out of a Mexican restaurant Tuesday night over the Trump administration’s immigration policies is an employee of the Department of Justice, The Daily Caller News Foundation has confirmed.
Members of the Washington, D.C., chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America crashed Nielsen’s meal with a demonstration full of chants and other outbursts.
One of those participants, Allison Hrabar, actually works for the Trump administration — as a paralegal in the DOJ.
“Kirstjen Nielsen, you’re a villain, locking up immigrant children,” activists can be heard saying in a video.

White House Releases Sweeping Plan to Restructure Government
Well, well, looka here. Something that makes sense from the Trump Admnistration. It won’t go anywhere in Congress, of course. Senator Patty Murray (Dwash) is already whining about it.
The plan's main proposals include work requirements on assistance programs like SNAP — which provides food stamps — and Medicaid, the renaming of the Department of Health and Human Services to the Department of Health and Public Welfare, and the merger of the Education and Labor departments into one overarching agency called the Department of Education and the Workforce.
Federal oversight of food safety, which had previously fallen under the Food and Drug Administration, would also be reorganized under the USDA's Federal Food Safety Agency under this plan. The Food and Drug Administration would then be renamed to reflect its focus on “drugs, devices, biologics, tobacco, dietary supplements, and cosmetics.”
