Guess
Who Attended a Coven Gathering
Seems
she's not just a B***h but a Witch.
Earlier
this week, Hillary Clinton made an appearance in New York City at an
exclusive women's club called The Wing. The event was put together by
co-founders Audrey Gelman and Lauren Kassan in honor of Hillary. They
were able to converse on her new book What Happened, her legacy, and
(unsurprisingly) Russian meddling. It was quite the typical
post-election conversation to be expected from Hillary. However, on
this occasion, there was one significant difference. This time
Hillary was speaking to a group of women who practice witchcraft and
openly call themselves a coven. According to The Wing’s Instagram
page: “We’re a coven, not a sorority.”
During
the event, Hillary was awarded an honorary lifetime Wing membership
and was welcomed by the interviewers as the “newest member of our
coven” in front of a room filled with cheering members.

The
Midterm Blue Wave May Not Be Coming
In
spite of everything the media is trying to report, especially their
frenzy over Speaker Ryan not running for re-election, the GOP may not
lose control of the House and Senate.
Why?
First
and foremost, the DimocRATs do not have a unifying, positive message.
They can only spew Hate Trump rhetoric.
And
then -
Approximately
46 percent of Democrats say Trump is responsible for today’s
economy, beating out the 43 percent who say it is due to Obama,
according to a new Quinnipiac poll. Overall, only 34 percent of those
surveyed gave credit for the economy to Obama, while 54 percent
credited Trump.
The
numbers are notable since most economists agree the economy is
booming, and Democrats are not usually eager to give credit to Trump.
The stock market has risen over the past year and unemployment has
been slashed to 4.1 percent, its lowest level since December 2000.
President
Trump Wins "Trade War" with China?
It
would appear so. Raised tariffs on Chinese products seems to be
having the desired effect. Seems they are drastically reducing
tariffs on US goods going to China. They're still playing it coy but
the US stock market has improved because of it.

Syrian
Government May Not Behind Gas Attacks
I
can see the screams and denials now. After all, this comes from a
simple blog and cannot possibly be considered a valid source for such
of a story. But, let these photos stare at you for a moment.
How
did German and British chemical canisters show up in Syria?
The
shells in the above video are identified as VX gas from British
stockpiles.
There's
a whole lot going on behind the lines the public isn't being told
about. Could these be the reasons the president is holding off
attacking Syria.

At
this point, it no longer matters. The US, along with France and the
UK, have attacked slected sites in Syria
They
hit three of Mr. Assad’s chemical weapons facilities: a scientific
research center in greater Damascus that was used in the production
of weapons, and two chemical weapons facilities west of Homs, one of
which was used for the production of the nerve agent sarin and the
other was part of a military command post, said Gen. Joseph F.
Dunford Jr., the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
The
Seal Team Bat Boat
At
full speed, the Stiletto at 70 miles per hour, or 60 knots and can
travel about 500 miles on one tank of gas.
The
draft is very shallow, approximately two and a half feet. This means
the Stiletto can access places others can't. The Stiletto can travel
fast in shallow waters and even shallow reefs. It is well suited for
those tough environments the Navy’s larger ships can not reach such
as littoral and riverine areas.
How
about open ocean? When you combine an M-hull with assault craft
design that can hit high speeds and rocket through waves, then you
get the Stiletto. The Stiletto can even handle 13-foot waves, no
problem.
For
only $10 million per copy. Supposedly dirt cheap compared to other
vessels.

Half
of College Students Not Sure if Protecting Free Speech is Important
Huh?
These are American college students? I'm not only shocked but
disgusted.
The
"no problem" argument is based
mainly
on a poll, the General
Social Survey, which shows steadily rising support for allowing
"offensive" speakers a platform, especially in the under-35
age group. But it's not clear how relevant that survey is to
present-day campus speech battles. Its examples of controversial
speakers include a homosexual (absurdly dated) and an atheist
(ditto). On the one item that is relevant to current controversies —
allowing a speech by a racist — support has dropped, notably among
young adults.
Another
supposedly reassuring poll, the Gallup-Knight Foundation survey,
found that 70% of students felt it was more important for colleges to
have "an open learning environment" with diverse
viewpoints, even at the cost of allowing offensive speech, than to
create a "positive" environment by censoring such
expression.

C$10K
to Bury a Whale
Isn't
as easy as it seems and costs a lot to do. Kinda tough for a town of
1,800 on the coast of Newfoundland, Canada. Seems they're going to
talk with other towns to come up with a plan if it happens again. 40
tonnes of stinky flesh and lots of lime to ensure it goes away.
