I saw this on FoxNews the other morning and couldn’t stop laughing. Is it for real?

Their work notes many other potential causes of these spurs: general poor posture “while sitting, standing, or sleeping,” “bike riding using drop hand-bars,” or “sleeping supine with a high pillow.” The authors dismiss the latter two because they’re not new to society. But, again, there’s no definitive evidence that these spur growths are a new phenomenon, either. Maybe people who ride bikes with drop bars and prefer a high pillow are just prone to these spurs, and we’ve been living this way for generations with no serious consequences.

Merkel Finally Admits: ‘Multiculturalism is a Failure’
I thought this was satire when I read the headline. But, the source is certainly a valid one.

In typical Trump style, the clever political move will guarantee the president will steal the next day’s headlines — and drown out all the positive press for the Democrats.
“Interacting in real time on Twitter would make Mr. Trump’s presence more tangible by directly inserting himself into the political conversation unfolding on stage,” The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday. “His posts could provide instant responses as well as insights into which attacks he feels most acutely.”

The United Nations has released a new report focusing on water, sanitation and hygiene around the world. It has found that approximately 2.2 billion people worldwide lack access to safe drinking water, 4.2 billion have to go without safe sanitation services and three billion lack basic handwashing facilities.
The report also examined the state of open defecation and progress in eliminating it. As Statista's Niall McCarthy reports, as recently as 2015, close to a billion people were still defecating outdoors, resulting in widespread disease and millions of deaths. That drove the UN to call for an end to the practice and some parts of the world have proven hugely successful in eradicating it.
So, what the hell does the UN want or expect us to do?

Wounded, disabled vet sought for 2-year paid fellowship in Palm Coast, FL
U.S. Rep. Michael Waltz is seeking a wounded or disabled veteran for a two-year paid fellowship program in his Palm Coast district office.
The veteran selected for the special fellowship will work with military and veteran constituents to handle veteran-related casework and act as a facilitator between constituents and federal, state and local agencies, according to a news release from the congressman’s office. The full-time fellowship comes with an annual stipend of $39,000 to $52,000.
The congressman’s office is at 31 Lupi Court, Suite 130, Palm Coast.

A few suggestions for President Trump
This guy always has some good stuff on his blog. I may not agree with the Twitter bit, but all the rest makes a great deal of sense.
Let me give President Trump a few re-election thoughts:
1. Stop talking about CNN. Nobody is watching those folks. In fact, I am convinced that CNN hosts take shots at President Trump hoping to get a reply and the viewers that come with it. Stop talking about CNN, and the network will start doing cooking shows by the New Hampshire primary.
2. Stop talking about the Mueller investigation. You won. It’s over. The rest of the story will be the investigations of the investigation. My guess is that President Trump will get good news from that front.
3. Do not tweet during the Democrat debates. I understand the temptation to hit back, but take Melania out to dinner and forget about the Democrats. By the way, the ratings won’t be very good, because the other side is deeply divided.
4. Talk over and over about the unemployment rate. It’s a good number.
5. Stop talking about Mexico. You won this one, too.
6. Stop talking about fake news. You won this one, too.
President Trump should be re-elected, but he needs more of that “Rose Garden” strategy that makes presidents look presidential. It’s time to lower the volume and let the Democrats own the stage for a while.
Court Decision Paves Way to Faster Appeal Decisions for Some Vets
Cutting some stupid and intolerable red tape.
For a veteran to appeal a disability claims decision, he or she must fill out an Appeal to the Board of Veterans Appeals form, known as a VA Form 9, and the department must review the case to ensure it contains all the necessary documentation. If the claims appeal is complete, VA then certifies it to the Board of Veterans Appeals.
But for at least 2,700 veterans, VA has taken no action, letting their appeals sit, unopened, for more than two years.
One of the plaintiffs in the recent case, Pamela Whitfield, has waited more than six years.
The court found this and the VA's inaction "intolerable."

Military Has Contributed to 100,000 Apprehensions on Border
Only to have them get turned loose due to Dimocrap inaction and intransigence.
National Guard forces, which are providing radio communications, maintenance and brush clearing capabilities to the Border Patrol, have furnished 5,800 hours of air support and contributed to 94,000 apprehensions, as well as the seizure of 24,000 pounds of marijuana, 131 pounds of methamphetamine and $7,000.
They also provide transportation, construction, medical care, providing food, clothing, and housing and other duties.
8 things to help prevent illegal immigration
These make far too much sense. Politicians can never accept them.
1. E-Verify must be passed that helps prevent illegals from getting jobs by checking names that don’t match social security numbers and green cards and worker permits that are overextended. Result = no jobs!
2. No drivers licenses for illegals. Result = no mobility nor ability to get on airplanes nor in federal buildings.
3. Deny all cities or states that are sanctuary enclaves federal funding. Result = no safe haven and stops the insanity of liberal city and state politicians from encouraging illegal invasion.
4. No education or grants for illegals. Result = huge savings.
5. No welfare for illegals. Result = huge savings and more for US citizens.
6. No healthcare for illegals. Result = elimination of anchor babies and costs to US taxpayers.
7. Declare anchor babies illegals. Thousands have come to gain legal status using this as an excuse. Our forefathers never envisioned as a means of citizenship.
8. Give the military and border agents the authorization to use force to stop it at the border. Result = it stops in a week! Nations will complain, but our nation is safer, less fiscally drained and will have eliminated numerous diseases brought to us by illegal immigration.
LGBT Mafia Vandalizes Church With Pro-Gay, Anti-Trump Messages

Members of the esteemed LGBT community in Ohio vandalized a church this week, spray painting it with pro-gay and anti-Trump messaging.
“New Life Assembly Church Pastor Bob Wardle was greeted with an unusual message when he arrived to work on Thursday: ‘God is a woman and she is gay.’ ‘Love is love.’ ‘Pride.’ ‘God is dead.’ ‘All people are equal.’ ‘Be kind,'” according to local news reports.
The report said that the LGBT messages were also accompanied by “profane references to President Donald Trump” on the non-denominational church. The report suggested that the church might have been targeted due to Wardle’s “blunt” preaching style.
