Pelosi To Dem Candidates: Say Whatever You Need To Win
– I’ll Get Your Support After The Election…
It’s the way Dims do things. And millions of ignorant Snowflakes buy into it.
Pelosi squirms when asked what Democrat Party stands for besides obstructing Trump
Is NAFTA Done for?
Methinks Maria Bartiromo is the only media person who has caught on to “the secret“.
Within her wording and presentation today, inside this interview Fox News Maria Bartiromo hints toward her understanding of the Trump trade strategy as it pertains to Mexico, Canada and ::cough:: NAFTA ::cough::
I’ve been reading all sorts of bits and pieces about how trade agreements with Canada aren’t going that well while things seem to be going fine with Mexsico. It seems NAFTA was never that great a deal to start with and our president is playing one side against the other to get the best possible deals for the USA.
How can you not admire the sheer brilliance of how President Trump can guide his economic team through the byzantine labyrinth of DC politics; and end up with an entirely new set of deals that benefits the U.S. and shifts the entire economic sphere in favor of American interests; while no-one has the slightest clue how he’s doing it… yet he’s doing it right in front of their face.
This is infinite levels of winfinity.

A Union Boss has 16 ‘Assistants’ Who Were Paid up to $400,000 Last Year
Do members ever wonder where their dues go?
With only 51,002 members nationwide, the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers is one of the smallest unions in the AFL-CIO. Yet, its president, Newton Jones, is one of the highest paid union bosses in the United States.
Moreover, even though the union president has 16 ‘assistants’ who are paid from a low of $89,664 to a high of $416,326, he isn’t even the highest paid officer in the Boilermakers’ union.
The distinction of having the highest paid in the Boilermaker’s union goes to Dale Haggerty, Jr., an International Vice President in the union. His compensation in 2017 was $797,226.

Top DOD Spokeswoman Asked Staff to Grab Her Laundry and Pick Up Snacks
Just looking at the picture, this doesn’t surprise me. You?
Okay! Okay! I’m being racists. Stereotyping an individual.
A Trump appointee working close to Secretary Mattis.
Does the Secretary know about this? I bet he’s not going to be happy if he hears of this.
Now, the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General is reportedly investigating White for potential ethics violations, as the Pentagon's ethics standards clearly state that "a DoD official may not direct or request subordinates to use official time to perform any activities other than official activities."
However, when asked, the IG wouldn’t comment.
Oh, and her official bio is @ https://www.defense.gov/About/Biographies/Biography-View/Article/1170857/dana-w-white/
Ms. White has a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Civilization from the University of Chicago. She studied at Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and French.
This qualified her for the job?
The Fountain of Youth in a Test Tube?
Even if they could stop aging, how many of us would want to live beyond our assigned years? One of my favorite authors, Isaac Asimov, wrote about a man who lived forever. He outlived all he loved and cared for, making him a very sad individual.
The researchers targeted the two splicing factors with compounds they developed - AP39, AP123 and RT01 – that were designed to give gas hydrogen sulfide to the mitochondria in cells, providing an “energy” which helps old cells survive and reduce senescence. The tests of each of the three compounds showed 40-50 percent drop in senescent cells.
“The findings with our compounds have potentially opened up the way for new therapeutic approaches in the future. This may well be the basis for a new generation of anti-degenerative drugs,” said Harris.
5 Big Cities Sinking Into the Sea
And we’ll hear the Globull Warmists screaming that it all has to do with human interference.
Venice, Italy (actually been sinking for more than a century)
Jakarta, Indonesia
New Orleans, Louisiana (why anyone would build a city below sea level where the natives told the French not to build is beyond me)
Dhaka, Bangladesh
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Top 10 Reasons Americans Go to Church, or Don't
I haven’t been to church in years and then only to attend Mass with my wife – I’m not Catholic. I think the reasons, or lack thereof, are #1 & #3 in the no go answers.
The reasons they go:
Among the most important reasons Americans attend a church service at least once a month, according to the Pew poll (respondents could give more than one reason, so the percentages below are how many deem it "very important"):
1. To become closer to God. (81 percent)
2. So their children will have a moral foundation. (69 percent)
3. To become a better person. (68 percent)
4. For comfort in times of trouble or sorrow. (66 percent)
5. They find the sermons valuable. (59 percent)
6. To be part of a faith community. (57 percent)
7. To continue their family's religious traditions. (37 percent)
8. They feel obligated to go. (31 percent)
9. To meet new people or socialize. (19 percent)
10. To please their family, spouse or partner. (16 percent)
As for the reasons they skip regular services, according to CNN's citing the poll (again, they could give more than one answer):
1. They practice their faith in "other ways." (37 percent)
2. They are not believers. (28 percent)
3. No reason is "very important." (26 percent)
4. They haven't found a house of worship they like. (23 [percent)
5. They don't like the sermons. (18 percent)
6. They don't feel welcome. (14 percent)
7. They don't have the time. (12 percent)
8. Poor health or mobility. (9 percent)
9. No house of worship in their area. (7 percent)
There's a "hydrogen wall" at the edge of our solar system
Wow! Supposedly where our solar winds die out and interstellar matter trying to get in builds up.
What New Horizons definitely sees, the researchers reported in a paper published Aug. 7 in the journal Geophysical Research Letters, is some extra ultraviolet light — the kind the researchers would expect such a wall of galactic hydrogen to produce. That replicates an ultraviolet signal the two Voyager spacecraft — NASA's farthest-traveling probes, which launched in the late 1970s — spotted all the way back in 1992. Turning Coal Into Carbon Fiber or 3D Printing Material
In the 30s and 40s, the Germans used coal to power their vehicles. Their secret has yet to be uncovered. But, it appears someone is trying to find better ways to use the product that is still readily available.
The intrigue: Atkins’ company, Ramaco Carbon, is working to open what would be Wyoming’s first coal mine devoted not to electricity, but to high-tech products like carbon fiber or 3D printing material. Atkins represents the leading edge of what could be a new, high-value market for coal after decades of being America’s cheapest power source.
The big picture: Coal’s share of U.S. electricity mix has plummeted from nearly 50% to 30% in just the past decade, fueled by growth in cheap, cleaner-burning natural gas and tougher environmental regulations. Trump has promised to revive coal and is directing his Energy Department to bolster economically struggling coal plants (and similarly challenged nuclear reactors).
TV Ad Music
There’s another ad that’s caught my attention only because it plays this song in the background:
Few people today understand what a talented artist he was.
There’s a story going around that may or may not be true. It’s how Frank Sinatra was responsible for breaking racial segregation in Vegas hotels because of Sammy. In his first appearance at the Sands, Frank invited some of his friends – who were known by journalists as The Rat Pack – up on stage to perform. They were Dean Martin., Sammy, Peter Lawford, and Joey Bishop. After the show, he invited them – and some hot babes – up to his suite. The hotel manager told him that Sammy wasn’t allowed outside of the show room. Frank was livid and told him, more or less, “If Sammy can’t come up to my room with me and my friends, we’re outta here.” Segregation supposedly ended that night.
Back to the subject. Any of you hear songs like that you want to mention?
