The Left’s Goal
It’s not just chaos. It’s worse.
The article started out by saying that many leading progressives admit that they’re trying to create political chaos.
Then, it says this:
First, at present, leftists want to create a state of political cultural chaos in the U.S. for a specific reason. They need chaos as a smokescreen to defend their current leaders — that is to say, Obama, Hillary & Co. — from prosecution.
But, one has to read to near the end to get to the crux of Leftist goals.
Writ large, what the self-styled "progressive left" is selling amounts to a modern version of feudalism, in which a self-appointed elite, whose status is maintained by the promotion of a self-serving "progressive," neo-Marxist dogma, is anointed to tell the rest of us peasants how we must live our lives, not unlike the Divine Right of Kings. The Rest of Us will be compelled to create wealth for them, as they enjoy an opulent existence without earning it; the likes of Obama, Hillary, Macron, Merkel, etc., couldn't produce something genuinely useful if their lives depended on it. In their world, over-educated uselessness becomes a virtue, as they are simply "above" having to produce anything. It certainly beats actual work.
That is what the Left wants. It isn't chaos. It is integration into global feudalism. In the end, if they are "successful," American society will be saddled with a permanent belligerent parasite immigrant class (brought about by "open borders"), a greatly reduced standard of living for most citizens, our Constitution made an irrelevant relic, Islamism unbound, and subservience to a China-dominated world.

You have got to be kidding me! There are literally thousands of places that make all varietys of both corn and wheat tortillas.
A spokesperson for Taco Bell supplied Fox News with the following statement: “While some Taco Bell restaurants are experiencing supplier shortages, we are working diligently to replenish the supply of our tortillas (used for products like quesadillas and burritos) in those restaurants and encourage fans to try the Chalupa Cravings Box in the meantime. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and appreciate our customers’ patience.”
If they can’t get them, they’re out of business.

The FDA’s secret data base opened to the public
Seems there were two separate data bases. One open to the public and the other classified.
After two decades of keeping the public in the dark about millions of medical device malfunctions and injuries, the Food and Drug Administration has published the once hidden database online, revealing 5.7 million incidents publicly for the first time.
The newfound transparency follows a Kaiser Health News investigation that revealed device manufacturers, for the past two decades, had been sending reports of injuries or malfunctions to the little-known database, bypassing the public FDA database that’s pored over by doctors, researchers and patients. Millions of reports, related to everything from breast implants to surgical staplers, were sent to the agency as “alternative summary” reports instead.
Here’s what we found in those newly public reports:
1. Blood glucose meters for patients with diabetes had more unique incidents than any other device in the database, logging 2.4 million reports over the past 20 years.
2. There were 2.1 million reports for bad dental implants. And 114,200 were reported last year.
3. There were 176 deaths reported through the alternative summary reporting system.
4. Surgical stapler-related malfunctions accounted for more than 66,000 previously hidden incidents since 2001.
5. Breast implant injuries and malfunctions accounted for nearly half a million unique reports over two decades, including implants that leaked, deflated or migrated.

July 2nd is actually our Independence Day
How much of our history do we really learn in school? I’ve been around 80 years and this is the first I can remember of learning this.
The Declaration of Independence was approved/signed on July 4th, but it was two days earlier, July 2nd that the Continental Congress passed the Lee Resolution, declaring that we were independent of Britain. This simple resolution was a stirring call to throw off the bonds of tyranny:
Resolved, That these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be, free and independent States, that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain is, and ought to be, totally dissolved.
That it is expedient forthwith to take the most effectual measures for forming foreign Alliances.
That a plan of confederation be prepared and transmitted to the respective Colonies for their consideration and approbation.

NRA in ‘Clear Crisis,’ Nearing Total Meltdown
The number one defender of the Second Amendment and the rights of individuals to own arms is far too important to descend into chaos.

Ever since November 17, 1871, the National Rifle Association has been on the front-line for law-abiding gun owners across the United States. They’ve spent untold amounts of money and time standing guard for the Second Amendment and going against the anti-gun Democrats who want to strip it down.
Unfortunately, the NRA has recently spiraled down into a complete internal mess. Multiple resignations and scandals seem to have all but crippled the patriotic organization, which should be a massive concern for gun owners everywhere.
Seems the big loss was the sudden resignation of Chris Cox. I’ve never heard of him but he appears to be the guy with money contacts that brought huge donations to the group.

Broward County Sheriff no longer certified to do his job.
The governor booted the previous sheriff. Now this:
Last week, a unanimous 13-0 vote by the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation stripped the Broward Sheriff’s Office of its certificate.
They can still do their policing but with a huge black eye.
According to PoliceOne, the poor handling of the tragic Parkland school shooting in 2018 and the 2017 shooting at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport were some of the reasons the commission decided to pull Broward’s accreditation.

Illegals Walk to America but Can’t Make It to Court
The guy who used to be the chief of I.C.E. doesn’t pull any punches. And, of course, an Obama-appointed judge rules against the administration on bond hearing. Citing their constitutional rights?
Since when do illegals have constitutional rights?
Because they’re likely to abscond. Look at the data. The data’s clear: 90 percent of [illegal aliens] are in absentia, which means they didn’t go to court. That’s just the facts,” Homan argued.
Acting Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan previously confirmed that 90 percent figure.
Got that? 90% don’t bother to show up for court. Instead, they disappear into the country to hide with friends and family.

Medal of Honor Recipient Silences Critics of Trump’s ‘Salute to America’
I once served with a MOH winner and he was the most humble guy I knew. It was as if he was ashamed at having been awarded it.
Anyhow, this guy puts the critics in their place.

I think about our Vietnam veterans, who went and fought an unpopular war and came back to an ungrateful country. And I look at it as, our president is doing this to recognize the sacrifices” of service members past and present.
So, thank you, President Trump, for honoring all of our veterans.”
I don’t know how much it’s going to cost but it’ll be a drop in the bucket compared to the billions the Dims want to spend on trash.

Mad Magazine to stop publishing new material
An iconic humor magazine that’s been around for 67 years.
DC, which publishes the magazine, told ABC in a statement: "After issue #10 this fall there will no longer be new content - except for the end of year specials which will always be new. So starting with issue #11, the magazine will feature classic, best of and nostalgic content from the last 67 years."
They can’t get authors to come up with new humor? Or is it the current poisonous cultural climate that makes them unable to really come up with biting stuff?

Russia’s mobile nuclear power plant
Critics are calling it a “floating Chernobyl.”
It’s designed to provide power to isolated Artic villages that go along with Russia’s goal to expand and take advantage of strategic items.
The Russian-built Akademik Lomonosov was issued a 10-year operating license in June and is slated to be towed to its final destination – the small Arctic port of Pevek in the remote Chukotka Region. There it will begin supplying heat and electricity to local consumers before year’s end.

Why is NASA still using Russian RD-180 rocket engines?
Because we stopped making good ones of our own.
Unlike the gas-generator engines used in the US Space Shuttle program and the Apollo Moon landings, the Soviet ones did not let the exhaust from the rocket fuel go to waste. Instead, the exhaust from the so-called pre-burners (used to send fuel and oxygen into the main combustion chamber under high pressure to burn them there and generate thrust) was re-injected into the main combustion chamber, giving the engine more power.
Civilian companies are now stepping up.
Four companies are now competing to build a new, domestic US rocket engine: Elon Musk’s SpaceX, Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin, the ULA and Northrop Grumman. SpaceX and Blue Origin already announced that they are developing and testing their own engines, based on technologies similar to those used in RD-180.

Economic numbers, statistics, are subject to narrative engineering. Those pushing a negative economic narrative are Wall Street pundits. Wall St. has a self-interest to push negative economic news to get lower interest rates. Lower interest rates means cheap money and a higher stock market.
Having said that we can see why Wall Street doomsaying has an inherent motive. Wall Street wants lower interest rates to make money from borrowing. However, President Trump also wants lower interest rates for a different reason.
President Trump wants lower interest rates to offset Chinese and EU currency manipulation which is intended to keep their exports cheap and battle Trump’s tariffs.

The Left has forgotten America’s working class
They seem centered on the elite – themselves of course – to run things for all the schulbs feeding at the government trough.
Listening to 20 presidential candidates across two nights of debates left one with the clear and distinct impression that this is not the Democrat Party our grandfathers and fathers knew about. These are not defenders of America’s working or middle class. They are certainly not defenders of America’s borders and laws. They are not even defenders of the American economic system.
Despite record homeless populations in our major cities and veterans crying out for help, all 10 presidential candidates during the Thursday night debate announced their support, when asked about it, for providing taxpayer-funded health care benefits to illegal immigrants.
They also promoted tax increases on working families, government programs as far as the eye can see, and more government intervention in our health care. Some candidates even proclaimed the belief that the government should outlaw private insurance companies.

Americans Strongly Dislike PC Culture
If you look at what Americans have to say on issues such as immigration, the extent of white privilege, and the prevalence of sexual harassment, the authors argue, seven distinct clusters emerge: progressive activists, traditional liberals, passive liberals, the politically disengaged, moderates, traditional conservatives, and devoted conservatives.
Which are you?
Me? I’d say that I’m a traditional conservative with a touch of moderate.
And then, there’s the “exhausted majority.”
Most members of the “exhausted majority,” and then some, dislike political correctness. Among the general population, a full 80 percent believe that “political correctness is a problem in our country.” Even young people are uncomfortable with it, including 74 percent ages 24 to 29, and 79 percent under age 24. On this particular issue, the woke are in a clear minority across all ages.
