Realizing that some of my stuff has been boooring, I'm in the process of trying to bring them alive for readers.
Robbie's Long Journey Home is the first example.
While Amazon.com lists if 3-12 grades, I wrote it for everyone who loves animals and savors looking out over the oceans and seas of the worlds.
Only 1,400 words, I hope it lightens your heart and gives you an enjoyable, short read.
It's available @ http://www.amazon.com/Robbies-Long-Journey-Home-adventure-ebook/dp/B00TEQ1M0I/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1423767365&sr=1-1&keywords=dale+day

It's Finished!
At least for now.
24,000 words about a Civil War vet, a California Mexican widow, an evil Gringo out to steal her ranch, and the beautiful young daughter who selects him to be her man - and fights by his side.
Off to Kindle Singles and will see what happens.
Got to admit that I really feel good about this story. From inception to the last revision took less than 2 months - a real record for me.
El Rancho Jamul
I hope you'll all be looking forward to it.
I think it's my best yet.
